Our tincture is concentrated and designed to be taken in small doses.  While this tincture can be added to a variety of foods and drinks, the most effective method is to apply dosage directly underneath the tongue and allow to absorb for 30 seconds.

For Best Results use daily and allow to build in your system for several weeks.

Start with one full dropper full daily and increase dosage as desired.
